Fiery Orchard Cider from Zed451 {739 North Clark Street, Chicago; 312.266.6691}

Dip the rim of a wine glass in cinnamon sugar. Combine 3 ounces Angry Orchard Hard Cider, 1/2 ounce of Disaronno amaretto, 1/2 ounce Fireball cinnamon whiskey, 2 ounces sour mix, and a splash of soda water. Stir and garnish with 3 green apple balls.

Spiced Sangría from Sullivan’s Steakhouse {415 North Dearborn Street, Chicago; 312.527.3510}

In a wine glass filled with ice, add 1 ounce of Absolut Berry Açaí, 1 ounce triple sec, 2 ounces Cabernet wine, 1 ounce of orange juice, 1 ounce of cranberry juice, and 1/2 ounce of simple syrup. Stir together. Sprinkle with nutmeg and garnish with an orange wedge and a cherry.

In a shaker, add 1-1/2 oun­ces amaro mix*, 1/2 ounce grape­­fruit juice, 1/4 ounce cin­na­mon sugar, and 1 egg white with half of the yolk. Shake together. Add ice and shake again until chilled. Pour into a martini glass and garnish with Amaretti cookies and cinnamon powder.

* To make amaro mix: In a sealable bottle, combine 2 ounces Ramazotti, 2 ounces amaro, and 2 ounces Amaro Averna.
