Here’s a recipe for a Brazilian Sunrise from Cafe Brazil:
In a shaker, combine 1 ounce Coralejo Silver tequila, 1/2 ounce Coralejo Añejo tequila, 1/2 ounce Midori, 1/2 ounce cucumber water, 1/2 ounce carrot juice, 1/2 ounce lime juice, 1/2 ounce St-Germain elderflower liqueur, and 1 teaspoon sugar. Fill with ice, shake well, and strain over ice into a pint glass. Garnish with lime zest, a sprig of mint, and brandied cherries.
