The Nickel’s First Birthday

In celebration of its one year anniversary, Hotel Teatro’s signature restaurant, The Nickel, invites locals and visitors alike to toast the occasion with a festive prix-fixe menu priced at $50 with cocktails pairings, available on August 7-8 from 5-11pm. Curated by Executive Chef Chris Thompson, the innovative three-course menu will hold true to the restaurant’s farm-to-table culinary aesthetic, offering diners fresh and innovative dishes made with locally sourced ingredients.
As a token of gratitude to guests for supporting the new venue since its launch last year, diners are encouraged to use the code phrase, “Happy Birthday” to receive the first select cocktail on the house.
To celebrate, The Nickel will be teaming up with the Colorado purveyors that helped shape the restaurant’s menus since opening day on August 6, 2014. Chef Chris’ menu will highlight The Nickel’s cherished partners such as Western Daughters, Fresh Point Produce, and more.
The Nickel has consistently been voted one of the city’s best new dining establishments across local outlets such as The Denver Post, 303 Magazine, Denver Life Magazine, and more. The Nickel’s chef-driven menu and dedication to sourcing its ingredients from local farms is what sets it apart from the average hotel restaurant, making it a Denver culinary force to be reckoned with.
