Blackbelly: Unveiling New Patio Dining Space & Spring Cocktail Menu
On Friday, April 21 Blackbelly will host a party to reveal its newly renovated, all-season, back patio and “culinary” garden, while also celebrating the one year anniversary of Blackbelly Butcher shop.
The new space will be multi-use. During weekdays it will provide general seating for breakfast and lunch guests. In the evenings, starting at 4pm, it will transform to a casual cocktail and dining environment serving a dedicated menu of all night “patio bites.” Treats such as house-made ricotta with blood orange marmalade, fresh burrata with melted leeks, and house-fermented chili flake, along with Blackbelly charcuterie selections and other shareable plates will be on offer. Beverages will include a rotating punch, and a hand-selected list of seasonal beers, wines, and cocktails that coordinate with the food menu. The space will also be available to reserve for private dining and group events.
The unveiling party will take place from 4-7pm on Friday 4/21, and will include a spread of food from the new patio menu, music, live butchering, beer, wine and specialty cocktails featuring Odd13, CapRock and Bougie Syrups. It’s a great excuse to gather friends together for festivities on a spring Friday!
