They’re welcoming the start of 2017 with a new happy hour program Nosh & ‘Tails. Bartender Dylan Holcomb has crafted a menu made for after-work relaxation filled with “approachable cocktails that are light, fun, and utilize unique ingredients.” For a floral, fun sipper we recommend the Willy Wonka-inspired ‘Violet, You’re Turning Violet.’ This purple hued-cocktail made with blueberries, blackberries, jasmine, and chamomile teas is a refreshing sip to wind down from the 9 to 5 grind.

For a little noshery, guests can sample from a menu of rotating small plates for only $6. Executive Chef Travis Messervey and Sous Chef William Johnson have used these opportunity to flex their creativity. “Tremendous skill goes into the preparation of items such as this month’s featured Country Pork Terrine or even the Potato Tart,” says Chef Messervey. “We really get a kick out of cooking these old-school foods with the detailed techniques they require. Nosh & ‘Tails is simply a great opportunity to experiment, play, and transform our random ideas onto plates. Our entire kitchen loves pushing these little birds out of the nest and hearing the feedback.”

This month’s selections include The Cauliflower & Quinoa Salad and the Potato Tart with Gruyere, whipped crème frâiché, and arugula. Each dish is perfect for sharing, as guests can order three plates for $15. “It’s a chance for our guests to try more food … we want people to focus on the sharing; whether it’s great food or drinks or good ol’ fashioned conversation. Sure, you can always have one filling entree, but ‘Nosh & ‘Tails’ is for experimenting. We’re trying new things, you should too!”

For a night of elevated sips and snacks, Beatrice & Woodsley is sure to impress.
