Here’s a recipe for The Oaxacan margarita from Machete:
In a shaker, muddle 2-3 small slices pineapple and a wedge of orange with a splash each of agave and lime juice. Add 2-1/2 ounces real mezcal and fill shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a margarita glass with a salt rim. Garnish with an orange twist.
