SOL Mexican Cocina’s Watermelon Margarita

In a pint glass, muddle 5-6 watermelon cubes. Add 2 ounces tequila, 1-1/2 ounces freshly squeezed lime juice, and 1-1/2 ounces simple syrup, and ice. Shake and strain over a fresh cup of ice. Garnish with a watermelon triangle.
Dos Santos’ DOS TSUNAMI

In a mixing glass, combine 1-3/4 ounces De Leon tequila blanco, 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice, 1-ounce BackYard Soda Company Mango-Jalapeno syrup, 2 ounces Teakoe Tea Front Porch Peach tea, 1-ounce guava nectar, a dash of agave simple, and 2 pinches of Tajin seasoning. Mix and pour into a mug with fresh ice.
