Although we may not have the same high stakes in this year’s game as we did the last (still love you Broncos), you can be sure that we will be tuning in for Super Bowl Sunday. All around, our favorite restaurants are gearing up for the big day, offering extended happy hours, private event specials, and decked out food deals. Looking to watch at home? Nothing says Super Bowl like burgers and beer. Bring your friends to Hopdoddy {1747 Wynkoop Street, Denver; 303.446.2337} this Sunday and “Craft Your Own Bucket” with five local canned and bottled brews for just $25. Sink your teeth into the newest burger creation, The Poutine Burger, served with house-cut Kennebec fries, cheddar cheese, and caramelized onions on a beef patty smothered in gravy and topped with a fried egg.

As far as libations go, the roadhouse is offering $4 Depot Margaritas and a lineup of Coors Light and Jack Daniel’s specials. For sharing, order up the stacked Potato Chip Nachos made with grilled chicken, applewood-smoked bacon, mixed cheese, pico de gallo, scallions, voodoo aïoli drizzle, sour cream, and guacamole. The restaurant is currently running a trip giveaway, a three-day trip for two to Nashville in celebration of Jack Daniel’s 150th anniversary. The restaurant will be serving up succulent duck wings for gameday, offering flavors such as the Buffalo buttered duck wings with Point Reyes blue cheese. For a true treat, choose from a menu of stacked Bloody’s—we recommend the Bacon and Egg Motherlode Bloody made with Tenderbelly Bacon.
