In a tin shaker, combine 2 ounces Hendrick’s gin or Ketel One vodka, 2 lime wedges, and 2 cucumber slices. Muddle ingredients, then shake with ice. Pour into wine glass and top with a little more ice and soda water. Garnish with a lime wedge and a cucumber slice.
Islay Mai Tai from Haven Craft Kitchen + Bar
In a tin shaker, combine 1 ounce Ardbeg 10 single malt scotch whisky, 1 ounce Appleton Estate Signature Blend rum, 1 ounce lime juice, 1/2 ounce Orgeat syrup, and 1/2 ounce Giffard triple sec. Add ice and shake for 10 seconds. Double strain over fresh ice into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime wedge and a mint sprig head.
Carnival Martini from Silva’s Fresh Eatery + Churrascaria
Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add 2-1/2 ounces Grey Goose vodka, 1/2 ounce St-Germaine, splash of passion fruit syrup, and a squeeze of fresh lime juice. Rim a martini glass with Tajín Clásico seasoning. Shake ingredients in shaker and strain into martini glass. Garnish with a lime wedge on the rim.
