Zero-proof drinks making their way into traditionally boozy spaces? New Territory, indeed. / Shawn Campbell

Jump’s veresion was inspired by Keely Sutherland’s alcoholic cocktail of the same name.

  • 1½ ounces Seedlip Spice 94
  • ½ ounce Seedlip Grove 42
  • 1 ounce white verjus
  • 1 teaspoon lime oleo saccharum
  • 1 teaspoon pineapple gum syrup
  • 1 dash coconut extract

Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Strain into a Nick and Nora. Express a grapefruit peel over the cocktail and then discard. Garnish with a lime twist that is not expressed over the drink.
