From an après-ski-style speakeasy to a casino floor hideout, these are the most IYKYK spots in Sin City

What happens in Vegas doesn’t often stay in Vegas. The city’s secrets aren’t always well kept. And that’s a good thing for those who are looking for special, insider experiences invested with IYKYK cred. The hidden bar adventure – private dining tables, incognito nooks, concealed bars, unmarked speakeasies – is alive and well, and living in Las Vegas. If you’re an adventurer or high roller looking for dining and drinking shrouded in a degree of mystery, you’ve come to the right place.

Here are some of The Strip’s hottest secret venues, hiding in plain sight:

The Garden Table

Bellagio’s Conservatory & Botanical Gardens is one of the most visited attractions in the city for good reason: it’s a massive, over-the-top horticultural extravaganza that changes with the seasons and is always mobbed. But, with your reservation to the Garden Table, you can enjoy the gardens as a private dining experience set apart from the hoi polloi. It’s a single table in a gazebo nook, set within the lush, fantastical floral abundance, that can accommodate six for brunch and four for dinner. It’s not exactly hidden, but it is your own private space that places you in the center of a fairytale. The menu, created by Bellagio’s culinary team, is as magical as the garden itself. 3600 Las Vegas Blvd. S., bellagio.mgmresorts.com/en/restaurants/the-garden-table

Caspian’s Cocktails & Caviar

In the mood for a little rock n’ roe? Head to Caesars Palace where Caspian’s caviar bar has made a posh new home in the former Cleopatra’s Barge. Within the sleek, vibey lounge, there is a hidden door to an Art Deco-style speakeasy with live music that is the perfect backdrop for enjoying classic cocktails and indulgent bites laden with caviar: lobster roll, waffles, deviled eggs and tacos. If you’re ready to bump up your night (yes, there’s even a caviar bumps menu), Caspian’s is ready to egg you on. 3570 Las Vegas Blvd. S., caspianslv.com

Caramella

Part restaurant, part lounge, this retro Italian eatery in Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino has a delicious bonbon tucked within its snazzy walls. Beyond the bar area, visitors will find a nifty little candy shop that doubles as a portal to a hidden lounge. Push the door and enter a sweet boite, done up in leopard prints and dark, moody tones. Order one of the house cocktails, like the Candy Shop, a festive mixture of cognac, Cointreau, strawberry, lemon and cotton candy, and enjoy la dolce vita in your own special lair. Caramella is a product of Tao Group Hospitality, so it comes with built-in hospitality and a knowingness for how Vegas likes to party. 3667 Las Vegas Blvd. S., La Vegas, caesars.com/planet-hollywood/restaurants/caramella-italian-restaurant

Chef’s Table at Delilah

Since it opened in 2021 at Wynn Las Vegas, Delilah has been one of the most difficult-to-score reservations in a city that traffics hard in exclusivity. The plush supper club, a gilt-clad sensory wallop, is always packed with celebrities and pretty people who matter. So it should come as no surprise that within this wonderland there’s an even more boutique experience: a private room for 10 (with doors that open to the kitchen) with its own bar and entrance hidden from view. Expect crystal, candelabras, champagne, specialty cocktails, and a bespoke menu – a perfect way to enjoy the Delilah excess in your own space, on your own terms. 3131 Las Vegas Blvd S, Las Vegas, wynnlasvegas.com/dining/fine-dining/delilah

e by Jose Andres

Spanish superchef Jose Andres might rightly be known today as a great humanitarian, thanks to his World Central Kitchen food relief program. But, since 2010 Vegas diners have known him as the celebrity chef with one of the city’s first, and longest-running hidden restaurants, set behind a glass door within the bustling tapas restaurant, Jaleo at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. With seating for nine, e offers a tasting menu of avant-garde Spanish cuisine. Expect a prix fixe indulgence of approximately 25 dishes that exemplify Andres’s culinary mastery. Reservations are available three months in advance for only two coveted seatings per night. 3708 Las Vegas Blvd. S., www.ebyjoseandres.com

Ito

You can’t get more “insider” than Ito: an exclusive restaurant in a members-only club within the Strip’s most lavish new resort, Fontainebleau Las Vegas. Created by acclaimed chefs Masa Ito and Kevin Kim, this 12-seat modern omakase more than qualifies as a truly special dining experience with only two seatings per night. Beyond working with meticulously sourced ingredients (including seafood flown in daily from Japan), Ito is a sight to behold. Diners at its counter have unparalleled views from its 63rd-floor perch. Though Ito is set within Poodle Room (Fontainebleau’s members-only club), guests are not required to be a member to visit. Reservations, though, are a must. 2777 Las Vegas Blvd. S., ito-omakase.com/ito-las-vegas

The Ski Lodge

Look for the door marked with a skier, and find your way to this cozy, cabin-style bar hidden on Level 2 of Chelsea Towers at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. Inside you’ll find a crackling fire and plenty of party fun. The vibe is more everyman than fine dining, with a menu of pizza, s’mores, warming cocktails, and even shotskis. But, it’s a clandestine adventure within a resort that likes its secret bars (Cosmo is also home to the hidden Ghost Donkey mezcal and tequila bar and the hidden speakeasy Barbershop Cuts & Cocktails). 3708 Las Vegas Blvd. S., cosmopolitanlasvegas.mgmresorts.com/en/nightlife/ski-lodge

The Vault

You can’t throw a casino chip without hitting an elegant cocktail bar in Vegas, but this ultra exclusive enclave at Bellagio represents the summit of high-end, top-shelf cocktail connoisseurship. And it’s up to you to find it. Look for the gold-hued door behind the live gaming tables on the casino floor. Opulent in design, this private nook manages to feel both grand and intimate. There’s a bites menu with caviar, naturally, but the draw here is the cocktail and spirits program. Cocktails start around $50, and rare offerings of exclusive, vintage, and world-class hooch will set you back in the thousands of dollars. You might have to visit your own vault before a night at the Vault, but hey, this is Vegas: throw the dice and indulge wholly. 3600 Las Vegas Blvd. S., bellagio.mgmresorts.com/en/nightlife/the-vault.html
