Rounding out this week’s feature on our female panelists, Elizabeth is a Denver food scene veteran who has been involved with various aspects for over 15 years. She runs a marketing company focused on helping independent restaurants succeed and has played a huge part in managing Chef and Brew, Denver’s largest craft food and beer pairing festival. She has also hosted radio programming about Denver’s culinary scene and is working towards her sommelier level three certification. Elizabeth has been involved in the Denver food and beverage scene for over 15 years. In addition to her running her own marketing company focused on helping independent restaurants succeed, she has been instrumental in the management of Chef and Brew, Denver’s largest craft food and beer pairing festival, and in 2020 took over ownership of the event. Previously she has hosted a radio show focused on the Denver beverage and culinary world, and she is in the process of completing her level three sommelier certification.

Week 1: What are your top 5 favorite restaurants of 2022?

  1. Au Feu – This restaurant is warm, welcoming, and very sexy. The French Brasserie food and eclectic wine list make my heart happy.
  2. The Greenwich – I have mad respect for Delores Tronco – her dedication, work ethic, and attention to detail are second to none. This all shines through in the food, service, and ambiance at The Greenwich.
  3. Cantina Loca – Dana Rodriquez (aka Loca) is a force of nature. Everything she touches is magic. You can easily make a meal of the Fritangas.
