We’ve been embracing the cozy vibes of winter by indulging in comforting food like soups and meatballs perfect for the season. As we anticipate the upcoming forecast over the next two days, our focus shifts to the ultimate culinary delight of the weekend – brunch. Consider it the Happy Hour of the weekend, a blend of a relaxed and social atmosphere. It caters to the dilemma of wanting to sleep in and needing a boost to kickstart your day while craving the best of both breakfast and lunch. Join us as we guide you to some of the best of brunch, ensuring you savor the tastiest that this mealtime has to offer.

Cocktails

Welton Room

2590 Welton St, Denver, CO 80205
Saturday & Sunday 11:00 AM – 2:30 PM

With a top-tier cocktail program, alluring decor, and talented kitchen Welton Room is an essential establishment to Denver. It’s a great place for a date, to catch up with friends, or to celebrate a special occasion. This elevated brunch experience will satisfy all your beverage cravings ranging from a traditional Mimosa and Nespresso Martini to a Bathtub for 2-3 of you and your friends to enjoy.

Pancakes

Wendell’s

3838 Tennyson St, Denver, CO 80212
Wednesday – Sunday 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

If you’re going to breakfast in Denver, I would urge you to visit Wendell’s off Tennyson for the biggest and best pancakes. These pancakes are large enough to share, but after taking one bite of your topped hot cakes you won’t want to. Choose between Buttermilk, and Chocolate Chip, or get the flight of three to be able to enjoy a little bit of each. You can also elect to top them with Maple Butter, Berries & Cream, Caramel, and Cinnamon Apple.

French Toast

Oliver’s Italian

4950 S Yosemite St F3, Greenwood Village, CO 80111
Saturday & Sunday 10:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Since its opening just three months ago, Oliver’s Italian has made a splash into Denver’s dining scene with their authentic and comforting dishes. To satisfy a sweet tooth, visit them in the DTC area to feast on Cannoli French Toast. This treat is made of Custard Brioche, topped with Macerated Berries, and a serving of Maple Syrup waiting to be drizzled on each slice. Holy Cannoli!

Benedict

Four Friends Kitchen

2893 Roslyn St, Denver, CO 80238
Sunday-Saturday 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM

In the world of Benny’s, there are a lot of factors that can make it your favorite from the biscuit to the hollandaise sauce, to the extra ingredients. Four Friends Kitchen’s menu variety has you covered for brunch including some of the best benedict options offering the Bluegrass with smoked pork belly and collard greens, Fried Chicken, Crab and Fried Green Tomato, and Veggie.

Toasts

The Green Collective Eatery

2158 W 32nd Ave Unit 100, Denver, CO 80211
Tuesday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

If you’re ready to start your weekend on a healthy foot, The Green Collective is where you want to step into for a fresh and energizing brunch. Their menu features salads, soups, smoothies, bowls, fresh pressed juices, but we go for the Toast. Place a half or full order of one of the eight toasts and savor every bite. My personal favorites are the Colorado Lox and Whipped Goat both of which can offer a GF option.

Burrito

Onefold

1919 19th St, Denver, CO 80202
1420 E 18th Ave, Denver, CO 80218
Greenwood Village COMING SOON
Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Onefold offers one of Denver’s most eclectic brunch menus with options ranging from American traditional to tacos and burritos, to congee and fried rice. They grew in popularity largely because of their breakfast burritos, which have quite the kick. Choose between their Breakfast Burrito or Vegetarian and then, as Colorado demands, smother it with Pork or Veggie Green Chili. If you go before 9:15 AM, you can devour a Happy Hour Burrito for a HH price.
