Salt Boulder just celebrated 15 years. Founded by chef Brad Heap, the Pearl Street eatery has a dedication to sustainability and sourcing ingredients from local farmers and ranches. On a smaller scale, the food truck Mukja has been serving tasty Korean fusion eats such as cheese dogs on a stick, wonton nachos, and kimchi fries for five years. Nocturne Jazz in RiNo received a Music In Action grant from Live Music Society. The money will go toward making jazz more accessible to Denver’s youth with a Sunday Community Matinee. It’s just $10 per person to attend, and there will be discounted food and drink.
