Pancakes aren’t a hard item to find on most breakfast menus, but finding the best pancakes in Denver can feel like finding a needle in a haystack. Luckily, our Dining Out Tastemakers and our readers all agreed that there are two places you should look first.

Snooze

Snooze is a well-known and well-loved brunch spot founded right here in Denver in 2006 and has since grown to thirty-seven locations across the US. Their menu is filled with both savory and sweet options for all the brunch classics, but one of their most renowned is the pancake flight.

When we asked our readers about their pancake recommendations, Beth Lovoi summed it up succinctly, “Snooze. Get the pancake flight.”

The signature flight consists of Pineapple Upside Down, Blueberry Danish & Sweet Potato pancakes – a top recommendation from both readers and tastemakers alike.

The Original Pancake House

The other location with unanimous praise was The Original Pancake House, located in Greenwood Village. This is a Denver food scene staple with a robust list of pancake options, as well as a rotating featured menu. Currently, that would be the Dutch Baby Pancake and the Apple Pancake.

“I absolutely love pancakes, and Original Pancake House has the absolute best pancakes around, in my opinion!” said reader Terry McCaffrey.

The results are in – now go grab a stack to enjoy this weekend!
