This gin-focused Love Potion cocktail includes rosé gin, pomegranate juice, lemon juice, almond extract, and an egg white. Get ready to surprise your special someone with this delightful recipe

Deviation Distilling Citrus Rosé Gin

Recipe:

1.5 oz Deviation Distilling Citrus Rosé Gin

¾ oz. pomegranate juice

¼ oz. lemon juice

½ oz. egg white

3 drops of Angostura bitters

8 drops of almond extract

Fresh raspberries (for garnish)

Serves: 1

Time: 5 – 10 minutes

Instructions:

Combine Citrus Rosé Gin with all ingredients except raspberries in a shaker with no ice.

Dry shake for 30 – 40 seconds to allow the egg white to foam and all the ingredients to marry.

Add ice and shake for 30 – 40 seconds until the cocktail frosts the shaker.

Strain into an “up glass” and garnish with raspberries.
