If you’ve been waiting for a sign that 2024 is gonna rock, this is it: RARE, Top Taco, and Chicken Fight! Fests presented by Buckhead Meat and Seafood are coming back in 2024 and you want to be there. Mark your calendars now, and sign up for the Festival Alerts from DiningOut Events. If you don’t, you won’t even have a fighting chance to score those Early Bird or VIP tickets—more exclusive than ever before. Don’t worry, we won’t spam you. We’ll just let you know when the party’s starting and how to make sure you’re on the list.
You heard it here first: Your favorite events of the year are coming back for more fun in 2024. Leading the festival charge is the head fest in charge—Top Taco, the OG of Denver’s summer feasts of fun and inaugural year in Houston this April. And this year, it promises to be 10 times more fun than ever before (some might say that’s impossible, which may be true. But dammit, we’re gonna try.) This year, Top Taco is turning 10, and that’s a milestone worth celebrating in tequila-drenched style. So if we have anything to do with it (which, well, we do), the 10th Anniversary Edition of Top Taco is gonna be the unrivaled titan of summer fests.
You’ve gotta admit, Top Taco is special—it’s the original, the favorite, the biggest, and some would argue the best of the summer fests. But others would argue that distinction goes to RARE, Steak Championship; others still would chicken fight to the death that it’s Chicken Fight! fest.
Don’t fight kids—you’re all right! All the events are the best, and we should know ’cause we center our lives around them. The DiningOut Events team is on-the-go all year round to make sure that each summer, these events get even better than the last.
If you want to get a taste of what we have in store in 2024, here’s what you need to know—the who, the what, and the where of what promises to be your favorite nights of the year.

But first, the how: sign up for DiningOut Events’ Denver Festival Alerts now. Miss this, and you might as well kiss those Early Bird and VIP tickets goodbye—and they’re hotter commodities than ever. The only way to get them is to get on Denver’s Gourmet Gold list and Houston’s Alert List. Stop procrastinating. It might have paid off for you in the past but what if this is the time that it doesn’t? What if you miss your chance and you’re stuck watching all your friends toast, laugh, eat, and be merry inside VIP while you sulk on the outskirts with a cocktail or plate in hand? That sounds sad. The thought makes us sad for you. And nobody wants to be sad in the summer. You should come. It’ll be fun.
And the fun won’t stop there, because we’ll be closing out the summer with a cluckin’ fantastic time at Chicken Fight! As for when and where, that info is still under wraps but if I were you, I wouldn’t schedule anything on the last week in August, just to be safe. While the when and the where is still a mystery, the excitement’s guaranteed—a perfect end-of-summer bash filled with flavor and all the de-feathered fun you can handle.
#TLDR: Mark your calendars now for the DiningOut Events summer food festival lineup. Sign up now for event notifications so you’ll be the first to know when the tickets are gonna drop.
RARE, Steak Championship: June 20 @ Tivoli Quad

But wait! There’s more! If you’re itching for a DiningOut event before June, join us in Houston. We’re launching our summer festival season on April 25 with Top Taco, Texas style—it’s going to be monumental. And we’re keeping the party going into the fall, wrapping up the season in Houston with the second RARE, Steak Championship in October. And there might be one more new city for us to introduce some RARE fun.
