I have traveled all over the US and can say with confidence that Denver is one of the best cities to find gluten-free food. From donuts, fish n chips, churros, burritos, and more, you can find an equal match for pretty much any gluten-containing dish you desire. This information comes directly from the MyMeal app, where you can find safe restaurant meals for your food restrictions.

Just BE Kitchen

2364 15th St, Denver, CO 80202

Just BE Kitchen is a 100% gluten-free restaurant that offers a variety of dishes made with wholesome and paleo ingredients. From breakfast to dinner, they offer dishes like gluten-free burritos, biscuits and gravy, chicken and dumplings, beer, and bottomless mimosas. They have a filterable allergy menu in-store made by MyMeal and make it a point to train their staff on a variety of allergens and diets.

Vital Root

3915 Tennyson St, Denver, CO 80212

Vital Root is a health-focused restaurant that is 100% gluten–free and 99% vegan. It’s a great place for those with multiple food restrictions. My favorite is their yucca fries and falafel wrap. They are part of the Edible Beats restaurant group. All of their restaurants are extremely well trained on cross-contact and are known in Denver to be extremely accommodating for both Celiac and Food Allergies. Some of their other restaurants are Root Down and Linger.

Whole Sol Blend Bar

Five Locations in Colorado

3605 Walnut St, Denver, CO 80205

Whole Sol Blend Bar is a 100% gluten-free and organic café that offers smoothies, toasts, hot bowls, and fresh juice. They also have a range of coffee drinks, including lattes and cappuccinos. This is the perfect place to grab a quick bite in the morning. Their menu is simple, nourishing, and healthy.

Acova

3651 Navajo St, Denver, CO 80211

Acova is a gluten-free mecca. One of the owners has celiac disease and made it a point to have yummy and accessible options for celiac. They have gluten-free bread, fried chicken, fish n chips, chicken & waffles, and more. They also have a sister restaurant called The Hornet that is equally great with food allergies/celiac. Both restaurants have a filterable allergy menu made by MyMeal accessible for you in the store.

Denver Poke Company

1550 Platte St Suite C, Denver, CO 80202

Denver Poke Company is a Hawaiian-inspired restaurant that just happens to be 100% gluten-free. You can rest assured that your poke bowl is safe as they nima test (gluten detection device) every new ingredient they bring in-store. It’s right by Confluence Park as well. A great lunch to take to the park and relax.
