Chef Cindhura Reddy began her cooking career in Philadelphia, and after moving to Colorado in 2013, Reddy and Elliot Strathmann, her husband, found their ideal fit at Spuntino. They eventually took over as owners of the restaurant in 2014, and have loved providing a globally inspired approach to Italian dining to their community, alongside their wonderful staff.
