Here’s the lowdown on Denver’s upcoming culinary events:

Tuesday, January 16th.

Shared Tastes @ Burns Family Artisan Ales TapHouse

Tuesday night plans? Sorted. Burns Family Artisan Ales and Thistle & Mint team up for a pairing soirée that’s all about sharing. It’s an open-seating affair from 6 PM to 8 PM, where $40 gets you and a pal a shared appetizer, dessert, and a flight of finely crafted ales. Each month’s menu is a surprise, evolving with the seasons and local produce. December saw duck confit apps and Swedish pancakes with preserved cherries desserts, but who knows what January will bring? Find more details on Eventbrite.

Wednesday, January 17th.

Ski x Board Tune Night @ New Terrain Brewing

Happening on the 3rd Wednesday of the month through February. For only $30, you’ll get a wax and edge per snowboard or pair of skis as well as a beer while you wait. At New Terrain Brewing, all of our beers reflect the relentless joy that craft brewing brings us, with precision and passion behind each recipe. Just like us, our beers are constantly evolving. We wonder so we wander.

Think fast, drink slow at the Denver Museum of Nature & Science’s Pecha Kucha night. It’s where conservation chats meet the clock. Post-talk, keep the vibe alive with a snack, a sip, and an exclusive peek into the Avenir Conservation Center. Rare collections, rarer insights. $25 gets you in. Ready, set, conserve! Altogether: 4 wines, 10 chocolates, and a whole lot of yum. Limited to 14 lucky learners, tickets are $40 on Eventbrite

Community bakery and bread school responsible for some of the finest loaves in town, Rebel Bread’s inviting you to peek behind the bakery curtain. Join founder Zach for a tour that’s part magic, part science, all delicious. Watch as the Rebel team wrangles dough into artisanal masterpieces, with bread samples and pastry treats to keep your taste buds entertained. Got burning baking questions? Every Sunday in January

Winter Truffle and Caviar Experience @ Margot

Sundays in January just got a glam upgrade at Margot. Think caviar that’s as hybrid as Denver’s weather and winter truffles with more character than a ski slope. And hey, there are bubbles too, because life’s too short for just water. Fork out $215 per person and make your Sundays sparkle. Reserve your spot via Tock.
