Moments of Moderation @ Call Me Pearl

As the first month of the new year comes to a wrap, there’s still time to reflect on the beauty of fresh beginnings. And what better place to do so than the new Call Me Pearl bar on the ground floor of The Rally Hotel in McGregor Square? With a menu of nonalcoholic and low-ABV beverages, it’s the perfect place to embrace clarity and wellness. As they say, life is a grand adventure, and even in Moments of Moderation, joy can be found in every sip of the Pardon My French, a mix of Seedlip Garden 108, Gruvi dry-secco, and lemon. More details can be found here.

Tuesday, January 30th.

90s Trivia @ Western Sky Bar & Taproom

If your 1990s knowledge is strong, go show it off on South Broadway in Englewood. This fun 90s trivia night covers history, sports, music, science, and more, plus it’s free to play and just might earn you and your team top prizes. More info and a chance to reserve your spot on Eventbrite here

High West Whiskey Dinner @ B&GC

Welcome to a clandestine drinking spot revived from the ruins of the former Cherry Creek Post Office. Born of the glory and prosperity of the decades following WWII in America, and America’s greatest generation, B&GC is a celebration of the type of cocktailing and revelry often reserved for the elite, wealthy, and powerful. During this special one-night-only affair, find warmth this winter at a collaborative dinner event by High West Distillery and Local Jones—a delightful dining experience inclusive of a 4-course tasting menu served alongside whiskey pairings from High West Distillery of Park City, Utah. You can find all the details and get your tickets via Tock.

Thursday, February 1st.

The Family Jones Distiller’s Dinner @ Fruition

Dry January is a thing of the past, and The Family Jones invites you to join them in raising a glass to that. Showcasing the energetic relationship between The Family Jones and Fruition, each will be utilizing local ingredients and heirloom grains to create award-winning food and spirits. The evening features a spirits tasting and cocktail pairing led by The Family Jones’ master distiller Rob Masters and his team. Fruition’s beverage director, Timothy Hershberger, is crafting cocktails using The Family Jones’ signature spirits to complement chef Russell’s seasonal five-course menu—all this designed to encourage guests to think more deeply about Colorado Farmers and ingredients. Seatings start at 5 p.m. and tickets are $175 per person. Get yours via Tock here.

Friday, February 2nd.

 Dinner @ Major Tom

There’s nothing special going on at this kitchen, wine cellar + bar from the team behind Beckon on this particular night—except that everything going on at Major Tom is pretty special. If you haven’t been by to taste the small plates, big-bang entrées, and other star-dusted specialties yet, this is your reminder that you want to go check it out. You will not be disappointed. Make your reservations via Tock.

Bar Cupid Pop-Up at The Inverness Denver

We just left the holiday pop-up season, and The Inverness is keeping it going with their Bar Cupid pop-up all month long. To be honest, adult life doesn’t always agree with celebrating in the smack-dab middle of the week. So whether you are looking for a way to take your special Valentine to an early, on-time, or belated celebration, this love-decorated bar is ready to host you. All are welcome, so singles, grab your crew and head over to spoil yourselves with a cocktail after a spa session or during an all-weekend staycation.
