Stowaway’s Crullers Stand out From the Doughnut Crowd

Dek goes here…

There are doughnuts and then there are French crullers. The glorious rings are piped pâte à choux—essentially an éclair dough—that puff and crisp up when fried. You can find them at doughnut shops, but for the best we’ve tasted, head to Stowaway Kitchen in RiNo. But first, check the cafe’s Instagram for advance notice—it usually makes them on Sundays in flavors that range from purple taro to orange to honey to raspberry matcha. Nab one and all your pastry dreams will come true.
