To continue celebrating Women’s History Month, we’re sharing another spotlight on the women who comprise our panel of tastemakers and shouting out their many accomplishments. If you haven’t tried the amazing establishments headed up by any of the women below, you are missing out! And what better way to celebrate any occasion than over a really great meal?

Christina Richardson

Christina is the owner and chef behind a food truck that is turning heads for both its award-winning menu and hot pink exterior, Chile Con Quesadilla. She knows the ins and outs of starting a food business from the ground (or wheels) up with excellence. Be sure to visit her food truck this month and be on the lookout for their brick-and-mortar coming soon.

Christine Parisi

Christine Parisi and her eponymous fast-casual Italian restaurant, Parisi, have been rooted in Denver for 25 years. Her culinary endeavor began from a deep nostalgia for her years in Italy and has gone on to be an establishment that promotes delicious Italian food and connection through community. We’re thrilled she’s on the panel and encourage you to pull up a chair at Parisi, which is 100% women-owned.

She puts her expertise into action at the Big Red F Restaurant Group (BRF) which owns and operates twelve restaurants along Colorado’s Front Range and in Kansas City. She’s seen and tasted a lot in her career, so don’t hesitate to take her suggestions, which currently include Seoul ManDoo’s Korean dumplings and Truffle Pig up in Steamboat.
