Opened in January, Urban Italia is a modern Italian-American restaurant from the hospitality group behind fine-dining Indian restaurant Sanjh. Dubbed “Italia-Merica,” the menu comes courtesy of chef Carla Pellegrino, who leans into Old World technique with a New World energy. The menu draws inspiration from the Italian immigrants who came to America, with wood-fired Neapolitan pizza, comforting pastas, coastal entrées, and layered craft cocktails. 3030 Nowitzki Way, Dallas, theurbanitalia.com
