Food and drink are hallmarks of community, celebration, and leisure -all of which can and should be enjoyed regardless of dietary restrictions. Denver is home to some amazing gluten-free breweries, meaning that you and your celiac favorite buddy can clink some cold ones together. Whether you’re celebrating a promotion, enjoying a sports game, or just catching up, here are the spots we recommend.

Holidaily Brewing Co

801 Brickyard Cir, Golden, CO 80403

Holidaily was founded by Karen Hertz, who had to give up gluten due to medical reasons, a beer-lover who spent years perfecting a creative and tasty beer that anyone can enjoy. They have two breweries in Golden and Greenwood Village complete with ales, IPAs, and stouts.

Dos Luces

1236 S Broadway, Denver, CO 80210

Dos Luces was inspired by a desire to move past the status quo and evaluate what other grains could be made into great beer. Founders Judd Belstock and Sam Alcaine embraced corn as their grain of choice and have a roster of different brews they’ve honed over the years -all of which are gluten-free. Check them out on Denver’s Historic South Broadway street.

New Planet Beer

Boulder, CO

While New Planet Beer doesn’t have a brewery location you can post up at, it is a gluten-free beer company founded in Boulder, Colorado in 2009. Since then, the company has grown and offers a blonde ale and a pale ale, which you can find in a store near you using their beer locator.
