This special Italian brunch buffet inside the Hotel Monaco in Downtown Denver pulls out all the stops from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Mom can taste a bit of everything including crab legs, shrimp cocktail, smoked trout, fresh salads, roasted prime rib, and made-to-order omelets. The historic hotel is the setting for a magnificent brunch and feast sure to make mom feel special. The elegant Garden Terrace and Sunrise Room will feature a lavish brunch from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., perfect for spoiling mom. Enjoy a complimentary glass of prosecco to get the celebrations started then dive into bottomless mimosas or handcrafted mocktails. The buffet will be filled with fresh seafood stations and a wide variety of seasonal dishes.

Mom will feel the love when she digs into this curated brunch and wine tasting experience from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The branded Sonoma-Cutrer wine cart will feature complimentary samples, giveaways, and a photo booth to capture it all (available 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.). 

Move along to the abundant buffet with sweet and savory dishes to suit all tastes. The chophouse inside the Oxford Hotel has an extravagant celebratory feast in store for moms from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Entrees include favorites like roasted leg of Colorado lamb, fresh-caught seafood, made-to-order waffles, and brunch egg dishes.

If taking the family to a restaurant doesn’t feel like a celebration for mom, you can pre-order a full brunch to eat at home from American Elm. Each home kit runs $120 and includes you need for an elevated, yet low maintenance, meal. Halcyon Hotel’s signature restaurant sets up a modern afternoon tea with all the fixings. The spread includes house-baked scones, petit fours, tea sandwiches, savory nibbles, a selection of loose-leaf teas, seasonal spring cocktails, and champagne. Grand Hyatt Denver

Why not start the celebrations a day early, and at Pinnacle Club you absolutely can. From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 9, mom can savor a multi-course high tea with optional upgrades to bottomless sparkling wine or Champagne. 

Start with the salad course, and then move on to the stunning, three-tiered presentation of scones, fruit, and tea sandwiches. Expect dessert after that, a similar stack as the last but this time with lemon bars, raspberry vanilla petit fours, macarons, and fruit tartlets. Each course also includes Rishi tea pairings.
