It’s football season once again, and as Broncos fans pour into Empower Field at Mile High with high expectations for another great season ahead, we’re looking toward the real MVP: The food. This year the stadium has launched 11 new vendors featuring some of Denver’s best restaurants, as well as revisiting favorites from the prior seasons.
In cooperation with Aramark Sports + Entertainment, Empower Field showcases over 120 new menu items, debuts six new concession stands on the 500 Level, and six new concepts in United Globe Clubs. Fans can enjoy a slew of international cuisines, local favorites, novelty stadium treats, desserts, cocktails, traditional concessions, and more.
So, while visiting favorites like Lucy’s Burger Bar, Renegade Burrito, and Blue Pan Pizza, check out what’s new at the stadium. You may have to attend a few games to try it all, but that’s part of the strategy.
Local Restaurants Join the Team
Nine of the new stadium vendors come from and near Denver, including two with Michelin cred. Also look for an award-winning food truck, a notable Italian restaurant, and a deli that has served the area since 1976, among others.
Carmine Lonardo’s
One of the best-known Italian delis in the Denver metro, and perhaps even in the entire state of Colorado, now has an outpost at Empower Field at Mile High in the United Globe Clubs and outside Sections 303 and 342.
This family-owned establishment has offered Italian specialties to Denverites since 1976. Get a taste of history in the stadium-based incarnation, which serves classic Italian sandwiches, Italian sausage, cannoli, and more.
Mister Oso
The RiNo-based Latin American restaurant Mister Oso will be open to all attendees outside Section 103, with another location at United Globe Clubs. In Denver, the restaurant garnered a Michelin Bib Gourmand for high-quality cooking at a good value.
At Empower Field, Mister Oso will offer a broad menu including its popular short-rib quesabirria tacos with consommé along with other favorites like barbecue chicken empanadas, and chicken tinga in both nacho and taco form. Don’t skip the mojo pork tacos, birria nachos, or frozen margaritas, either.
MAKFam
Founded by husband-and-wife team Kenneth Wan and Doris Yuen, MAKfam has also been on the Michelin Guide Bib Gourmand list. Now football fans can get a taste of their modern Chinese fare inside the United Globe Clubs. Order the shredded pork belly bao, mushroom bao, chicken or shrimp chili wontons, and beef stir-fry noodles, and make sure to add on the addictive Mala Mozzarella Sticks with Thai basil ranch.
Mukja
Mukja, a family-owned, Denver-based food truck, gained fame beyond the Mile High City when it won first place in Food Network’s Food Truck Prize Fight. Julia Rivera founded the food truck in 2019, and it offers Korean-fusion street food inspired by her heritage. Found only inside the United Globe Clubs, this addition to the stadium’s dining lineup offers dishes like wonton nachos and several enticing hot dog options, including the Broncos Cheese Dog, Hot Cheeto Cheese Dog, a Korean Cheese Dog, and an Elote Dog.
Coperta
Anyone craving Italian dishes like meatballs, eggplant parmesan, baked beef ragù, and more will be pleased with Coperta’s offerings. Chef Paul C. Reilly, co-founder at this award-winning Denver restaurant, has designed a menu focused on Southern Italian dishes that go beyond any stadium food we’ve had before.
Like Mukja and MAKFam above, Coperta is available only in the stadium’s United Globe Clubs. Be sure to try Coperta’s Supplì al Telefono, a fried risotto croquette, the comfort food sports fans never knew they needed.
All Around the Stadium
Beyond the United Globe Clubs, there are numerous new food options around the stadium, accessible to all attendees. After all, you certainly don’t need premium seating to enjoy a good meal at Empower Field, and some of the venue’s best bites reside on level 500.
Carrera’s Taco Truck
Carrera’s Taco Truck was founded by two San Diego-raised brothers. Now, the siblings bring their California-style Mexican food to the venue, serving burritos, birria tacos, birria ramen, carne asada fries, loaded nachos, chicharrones, pozole, tamales, elote, and more. Find Carrera’s Taco Truck outside Sections 509 and 542.
Aloha Cones
The weather may be getting cooler in Denver, but you can enjoy a meal with a tropical vibe at any time during football season at Aloha Cones. If you’re craving a poke bowl or poke nachos, make your way to this restaurant outside Section 327.
Founded in Oahu in 2013, Aloha Cones is known for light, healthy dishes with Hawaiian-caught ahi tuna that will give you the boost you need to make it through the fourth quarter and any overtime.
Cupbop
In 2013 Cupbop opened in the Mile High as a simple food truck. Over a decade later and it’s going strong right outside Section 518. On the menu you’ll find Korean rice bowls, chicken wings, rice, mandoo, K-Dawgs, and Beef B-Bop.
Sport Hard and Treat Yourself
Chillville by ChillCo
Swing by Chillville by ChillCo, a Colorado-based company specializing in frozen drinks. You’ll find the bar outside Section 539, where must-trys include: frozen Blue Hawaiian, Piña Colada, and Vodka Watermelon Lemonade. Don’t miss the soft-serve margarita either, it’s a cross between dessert and a cocktail.
Denver Pops
Ashley Paige and Robbie Smith’s hand-crafted ice pop company sells over 300,000 popsicles annually, and some get picked up right in Empower Field. Possibly by you? To score one, head to the United Globe Clubs. The menu rotates, but options could include Creamy Lemon, Wild Strawberry, Mango, Cookies and Cream, and more. Fun fact, the couple won the Broncos’ 2025 Business Boost grand prize.
Go Big Or Go Home
It wouldn’t be a true professional sporting event if the stadium didn’t offer at least one giant, ridiculous menu item for those looking to score. For example, the two-foot Beast in a Blanket.
The monstrosity of American comfort food came after Colorado sports fans fell in love with Coors Field’s two-foot Glizzilla hot dog this past baseball season, so, the owners decided to carry over the glory to football patrons too. The Beast in a Blanket can be found outside Sections 119 and 128 and consists of a 24-inch hot dog with barbecue burnt ends that’s wrapped in puff pastry and then topped with avocado cream, secret sauce, crispy and pickled onions, and jalapeños.
Game Day Classics
Empower Field partnered with Teton Waters Ranch, which provides the stadium with 100% grass-fed beef products. Taste the quality yourself at the Atwater Grill near Section 100. Also find the brand at Teton Waters Ranch locations outside Sections 117, 128, 202, 319, and 517. There, guests can enjoy Jumbo Stadium Hot Dogs, Jalapeño Cheddar Brats, Polish Brats, and more.
Then inside the United Globe Clubs, game attendees who have a hankering for hot dogs can try unique versions such as the Spam Dog, Cuban Dog, Ragin’ Cajun Dog, and Poblano Bacon Dog, among others.
A Menu Built For Everyone
Gamegoers with dietary restrictions don’t need to worry about feeling left out. Many vendors here offer vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-friendly options, so everyone can indulge. There are plenty of vegetarian bites, though the vegan choices are more limited. Still, the animal-product free crowd can visit existing stadium vendors like Legends Grill outside Section 530, Mountain Pass near Section 107, and Sideline Grille by Sections 512 and 538 for a solid bit. On the gluten-free side, new stadium vendors to stop at include Mister Oso, Carrera’s Taco Truck, Cupbop, Chillville by ChillCo, and Denver Pops.
Yes, You Can Get Some Cheap Eats
Not all food at the stadium is high-end and pricey. In addition to restaurants with Michelin nods and gigantic hot dogs, attendees can still enjoy treats from the Mile High Favs menu featuring classic bites for just $5.
Think simple hot dogs, nachos, pretzels, popcorn, candy, bottled Coca-Cola products, and Dasani water. Mile High Favs can be found on multiple levels, so game attendees won’t have to wander far to enjoy them. Look for the menu in sections 114, 123, 230, 318, 328, 505, and 537.
