Missouri City is set to welcome the next chapter in Trill Burgers’ rising footprint. The wildly popular smashburger chain, founded by rapper Bun B, is opening its third Houston-area restaurant at 20220 Fort Bend Pkwy Suite 140 in the budding Fort Bend Town Center II development on Tuesday, December 10.
“This is an amazing neighborhood to be in, it’s a very diverse neighborhood,” Bun B gushed, in an interview at the new restaurant. “We want to be a destination for families, couples, and children all over the city to come in and have a great experience. I think this community provides us with the perfect opportunity to do that.”
Splashed in its signature yellow-and-black color scheme, the Missouri City location features a bright, light-filled dining room with seating for 92 and a drive-thru window open until midnight, just like its sister restaurants. A wall of merchandise features Trill Burger hats, and a large wall at the center of the dining room serves as a blank canvas for what will soon be a custom mural of famed Missouri City rapper Z-Ro by North Carolina-based artist JEKS ONE.
“I really wanted to bring in some of the local culture from Missouri City,” Bun B explained. “I didn’t see anything that incorporated and encapsulated that more than the MO City Don himself, Z-Ro.”
Trill Burgers’ Missouri City restaurant will feature the same small, but mighty menu Houstonians have grown familiar with, built around the signature OG Burger made with two smashed all-beef patties pickles, caramelized onions, Trill Sauce, and melty American cheese on a pillowy potato roll.
Guests can go bigger or smaller as they wish with the triple-patty Triple OG, or single-patty Lil G, and even opt for a burger sans beef and dairy with the Vegan OG Burger, made with plant-based smashed patties and vegan cheese. In an effort to maintain inclusivity and cater to the large population of halal diners in the area, Bun B proudly showcases an entirely halal menu at all Trill Burgers locations.

Along with Coke brand fountain drinks, the Missouri City restaurant offers Trill Lemonade, fresh squeezed lemonade that earned great fanfare at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo earlier this year. Guests can opt for classic or strawberry-flavored, or the iced tea-blended Arnold Palmer, made from an in-house recipe.
The opening of Trill Burgers Missouri City marks three new locations for Bun B and his team in under three years, with a fourth set to debut at 7616 Westheimer Road in Houston next year.
Once it opens on Wednesday, Trill Burgers Missouri City will operate from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and until midnight on weekends, with drive-thru service available until midnight daily. The excitement around the new location will carry into the new year with a grand opening celebration and ribbon-cutting ceremony on Wednesday, January 7
