It’s no secret Denver loves brunch. Each Friday we’ll divulge the newest and best brunches around. Not only will we highlight our favorite spots for all your brunching needs, but also add lists of things you crave. So pour a mimosa, grab a cup of coffee, and get ready to eat.

When it comes to weekend feasts, many people embrace the cocktails side of brunch. From simple Mimosas to Espresso Martinis to Bloody Marys towering with garnish. For those looking to indulge endlessly, the bottomless drink craze speaks to you. But it’s not just booze, coffee and tea also have a place in the endless beverage category, and here are five places in Denver, each offering at least one bottomless beverage.

Aperol Spritzes Señor Bear

Summer isn’t the only time to sip a spritz, especially when said drink has endless refills. A single runs $10, but for 90- minutes of bottomless Aperol Spritz glory, it’s just $35. Pair the beverage with Señor Bear’s Latin-inspired breakfast too. Think Tempura French Toast and guava jam, steak and eggs with chimichurri, and spicy chilaquiles. Come actual spring, when the sun shines, the outdoor patio makes the perfect backdrop for all of this. 3301 Tejon St., Denver, senorbeardenver.com

Bellinis (and Tea) at Babe’s Tea Room

Pinkies up at this Platt Street tea shop. Not only can you get endless cups of tea for the 90-minute seating, but peach-tinged Bellinis too. Plus, the deal is every day, not just weekends. On the tea side, it’s part of the establishment’s afternoon tea service, $48 for adults and $32 for children. Indulge a tower of sweet and savory treats and as many pots of tea as you can handle. It’s not just one type of tea either. Try a variety of the 90-plus selections, from milk oolong to white rose to lavender-chamomile. On the wine side, from 10 to 4 p.m. daily add on bottomless Bellinis for $26, or mimosas for $22. 2401 15th St., Denver, babestearoom.com

Mimosas at Smokin’ Fins

With four locations in Colorado (Fort Collins, Highlands Ranch, Arvada, and Littleton), all sides of Denver are covered by this casual, fish-focused eatery. You’re covered too, if you want endless glasses filled with juice and sparkling wine. Yes, for $20 every day until 2 p.m. the bottomless mimosa bar is open. On the food side sushi and seafood are a highlight. However bar fare such as wagyu burger and lobster tater tots should be on the list too. Various locations, smokinfinsrestaurant.com

Margaritas at Tamayo

Have all the food and bottomless beverages too. For the truly hungry, the endless brunch is the way to go. The $47 price tag includes not just tasty tacos, huevos rancheros and salsas, but traditional Margaritas, Bloody Marias, Mimosas, and Bloody Marys too. The deal runs Saturday and Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., but each endless brunch order has a two-hour cap and must be purchased by the entire table. 1400 Larimer St., Denver, eattamayo.com

Bloody Marys at The Lobby

Pick your brunch poison, be that a Bloody Mary or Mimosa, and then stick to it. There is no swapping bottomless drinks at this Ballpark hot spot. Both run $20 ($25 for premium Mimosas) and have a 90-minute clock. There’s no sharing of your endless cocktail either, though absolutely share a plate of warm doughnut holes with churro dust and chocolate sauce, deviled eggs or fried green tomatoes topped with pimento cheese. 2191 Arapahoe St., Denver, thelobbydenver.com
