Atlanta is a city shaped by transplants, with newcomers bringing their tastes and traditions from all over the world. It’s no surprise, then, that the search for a proper bagel that recalls mornings in New York City or leisurely weekends in Montreal has become serious business. The good news? Atlanta’s bagel scene has more than risen to the challenge.

When a craving for hole foods hits, consider this guide of the best bagel shops in Atlanta.

Take a few home, along with some of their famous pastries and prepared foods for later. 1394 N. Highland Ave. NE., Atlanta, alons.com
