RARE, the Denver Steak Championship has just announced the 2023 date of their delicious annual festival – Thursday, May 25th.
RARE is a festival centered around the juicy cuts of the Wild West. For one evening, the best restaurants in the city come together and dish up their highest-quality steak bites paired perfectly with flavorful cocktails. If you enjoy a bit of surf and turf, then you’re in luck; the festival VIP section is returning this year with Surf, the Denver Seafood Challenge – which includes an additional seven competing restaurants.
To hold you over for the next three months, we’ve compiled a list of restaurants from 2022’s festival lineup that offers their own in-house steak sampling. Stay tuned for ticket release details as well as more information about the 2023 lineup for both RARE and Surf, to be released at a later date.
