Recipe: Maize in the Shade
Maize in the Shade
- 1 ounce Olmeca Altos tequila
- 1 ounce Nixta corn liqueur
- ½ ounce Ancho Reyes chile liqueur
- ½ ounce lime juice
- ¼ ounce agave syrup
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, shake, and strain over ice. Garnish with a lime wedge or (if you’re feeling fancy) a burnt corn husk.
