Hopefully, cuffing season has been treating you well and either brought or kept a special someone by your side. We know that love should be celebrated each and every day, but why not take advantage of the restaurants preparing curated menus around town for Valentine’s Day? For diners in Boulder or those just wanting to drive to the cozy town, we highlight three restaurants for you to celebrate a love-filled evening in a mountainside oasis. Plus, keep scrolling to view Denver restaurants waiting to satisfy the appetite of both you and your plus one with pre-set menus or day-of specials. Regardless of your destination, make your reservations ASAP, as spaces are limited and quickly filling up for the holiday at many locations.

OAK at Fourteenth (Boulder)

1400 Pearl St, Boulder, CO 80302

Romantic OAK at Fourteenth’s exquisite Valentine’s menu features beloved OAK dishes from over the years, as well as new dishes where American winter produce is the star of the show.

Seated at intimate tables overlooking the Pearl Street Mall, diners can expect a choice of starters like hamachi crudo with fermented pineapple relish, or their iconic kale and apple salad followed by butternut squash cappalache with brown butter and amaretto, or royal red shrimp with Tabasco sofrito and Anson Mills grits. Also featured on the menu are entrées such as braised short ribs with pomme purée and beef jus and oak-roasted ocean trout with mole, sunchoke, and pickled red onion salad. Additionally, diners will be greeted with a special amuse-bouche: the beloved OAK fried pickles. The meal ends on a sweet note with a decadent house-made peanut butter cup.

The prix fixe menu is $75 per person along with a $45 beverage pairing that includes three wines and two cocktails (one fat-washed, and a clarified milk punch).

Farow (Niwot)

7916 Niwot Rd, Niwot, CO 80503

A Valentine’s meal with 90 percent of ingredients sourced within 10 miles is a date worth celebrating. Front Range farm-to-table gem Farow (a love story itself, being founded by business and life partners Lisa and Patrick Balcom) is serving a hyper-local menu for the love-filled occasion. The menu, available on February 10th, 11th and 14th, highlights local purveyors such as Jolly Radish Farm, Buckner Family Ranch, and Speedwell Farm. The cavatelli pasta with creamy puttanesca is made with freshly-milled flour and the meal is finished with a strawberry-covered chocolate heart dessert from trained pastry chef Lisa. At $65 per person, Farow’s Valentine’s tasting menu also includes other dishes such as pickled beets with goat cheese, moroccan coffee-rubbed Buckner Family Farms filet mignon with harissa roasted carrots and herb salad, as well as pan-seared grouper with marinated peppers, pomegranate reduction and whipped parsnip puree. In addition, Farow’s regular dinner menu will be available alongside the Valentine’s menu.

Reservations can be made now on Tock.

Corrida (Boulder)

1023 Walnut St #400, Boulder, CO 80302

Treat your date to a romantic evening at Boulder’s most elegant rooftop restaurant for some top-tier wining and dining with unbeatable views. Corrida will be offering a $95 per person four-course tasting menu for El Día de San Valentín from executive chef Samuel McCandless (with an optional wine pairing at $75 per person). For those who want to level up (*ahem* popping the question?!), Corrida’s Alpenglobes are also available for private bookings for an additional $100 per person.
