Saddle up, Houston. The 2026 Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo isn’t just taking over NRG Park—it’s inspiring a citywide celebration of smoky brisket, bourbon-laced cocktails, carnival sweets, and boot-stomping parties from Montrose to Memorial and beyond.

Whether you’re hunting down limited-time rodeo menus, plotting a patio party crawl or simply looking for a new excuse to don your best Western garb, these food and drink specials and festive events are bringing the Rodeo spirit to tables and bars all across town.

Michelin-recognized smokehouse the Pit Room is back with its annual Go Texan Day Patio Party aon Friday, February 27 from 4 to 8 p.m., celebrating the kickoff of Rodeo season at both its Montrose and Memorial locations. The all-ages, free-to-attend bash brings country classics spun by live DJs, an animal petting zoo, and cotton candy spinning (at the Memorial outpost only). Goode Co. Armadillo Palace is turning cook-off weekend into a late-night affair, partnering with Lone Star Beer for three nights of live music, cold pours, and after-hours energy, February 26-28. As part of “Cook-Off Weekend with Lone Star Beer,” the Palace will keep the party going with a full bar and late-night bites, plus a stacked lineup of Texas talent: Vinyl Ranch on Thursday, February 26; Silverada on Friday, February 27; and Joshua Ray Walker on Saturday, February 28. Goode Co. BBQ

Goode Company is tipping its hat to rodeo season with a lineup of limited-time bites at all Goode Co. Barbeque locations during the 2026 Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, while supplies last. In partnership with Southern Smoke Foundation, the brand is serving up the Southern Smoke Full Tilt Smoky Dog, a smoky showstopper topped with chopped brisket, crushed barbecue chips, cheddar and house pickles, with proceeds benefiting the nonprofit. On the sweeter side, Goode Co. is offering an early release of its Chocolate Bourbon Pecan Pie from March 1 through May 31, available in-store and online, with an optional “Saddle Up” Rodeo-themed lid. Pudgy’s Fine Cookies

Houston’s Rodeo season is getting a sugar rush courtesy of Pudgy’s Fine Cookies and Nan & Company Properties. Available through March 10, the limited-edition Giddy Up Cookie puts a Western spin on a fan favorite, transforming it into a full-fledged cowboy cookie loaded with oats, chocolate, coconut and pecans. Truth BBQ x Crave

This rodeo season, two Houston heavyweights are blurring the line between pitmaster and pastry chef. Truth BBQ and Crave Cupcakes have teamed up to create Smoke & Honey, a limited-edition cupcake that delivers brisket in dessert form. The $8 cupcake starts with a sweet corn base, topped with frosting made from a honey-sweetened reduction of TRUTH’s original barbecue sauce, and is then finished with two slices of TRUTH’s signature smoked brisket and a candied jalapeño. Each cupcake is assembled individually with freshly sliced brisket, meaning it’s first-come, first-served and not sold by the dozen. Find Smoke & Honey in-store only February 26 through March 22, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. daily on a first-come, first-serve basis—offered at Crave’s bakery locations (5600 Kirby Dr and 1151 Uptown Park Blvd. #6) throughout the week and at Truth BBQ’s Houston Heights restaurant (110 S. Bread Zeppelin

Bread Zeppelin is tipping its toque to rodeo season with a limited-time special that brings heat—and crunch—to the corral. Available exclusively at Houston-area locations Tuesday, March 3 through Monday, March 30, “The Rodeo” Jalapeño Sausage Zeppelin reimagines classic fairground flavors in the brand’s signature salad-stuffed baguette format. Guests get a warm, freshly baked baguette packed with jalapeño sausage, fresh jalapeños, corn salad, pickled red onions, tomatoes and house kale slaw, all chopped and tossed before being tucked inside. A tangy BBQ Ranch dressing is the recommended finish, though diners can opt for any of the concept’s 13 house-made dressings. Multiple locations, breadzeppelin.com

Toca Madera Houston is leaning all the way into Rodeo season with three weeks of festive flair, through Sunday, March 22. Out front, a life-size Disco Horse installation sets the scene for Rodeo-ready photo ops, and inside, the celebration continues with a specialty cocktail, called the Reverse Cowgirl—a spicy-sweet mix of jalapeño-infused tequila, passion fruit liqueur, coconut and lime—crafted for the season. The perks extend beyond the dining room for Noble Noir members (Noble 33’s exclusive membership program). The group is activating a Noble 33 Suite at NRG Stadium over three consecutive Thursdays, with headline performances including Kelsea Ballerini and Chris Stapleton. Pho Prime & Gatlin’s BBQ

From Monday, March 2 through Sunday, March 22, Pho Prime and Gatlin’s BBQ are serving up a limited-time collaboration that fuses Texas smoke with Vietnamese soul at Pho Prime’s Pearland and Bellaire/Chinatown locations, as well as Gatlin’s BBQ. At the heart of both specials is Gatlin’s 10-hour smoked brisket, paired with Pho Prime’s deeply savory broth simmered with beef knuckle bones, short rib, brisket and oxtails. The Texas Pho Dip stacks smoked brisket onto a toasted bolillo layered with garlic-herb butter, spicy aioli, pickled red onion, basil and cilantro, with a side of signature pho broth for dipping; while the Pitmaster’s Pho folds sliced smoked brisket into a classic bowl of pho, finished with fresh herbs for a bright lift.

PINCHO Burgers is riding into Rodeo season with a lineup built for big appetites and sweet finishes. The Smokestack Smash Burger, available through Sunday, March 8 for $14, stacks two 100-percent Angus smash patties with smoked Gouda, jalapeño jam, applewood-smoked bacon and chipotle aioli on buttery toasted brioche. And, on the sweeter side, churro fries have joined the permanent menu, offering a carnival-style twist to the restaurant’s offerings. Fried until golden, tossed in cinnamon sugar, and served hot with dulce de leche for dipping, the $6.99 treat pulls double duty as dessert or indulgent snack.Multiple locations, pincho.com

Fielding’s 

Fielding’s Culinary Group has launched a limited-time, three-course Rodeo Roundup menu, priced at $39, available throughout March across all Fielding’s concepts. Each restaurant offers its own spin on elevated Texas fare, with highlights including Texas Wagyu chili and Chicken Fried NY Strip at Fielding’s Steak; biscuit hushpuppies, petite chicken fried steak and cowboy cookies at Fielding’s Wood Grill; and comfort picks like BBQ brisket quesadillas, sticky baby back ribs, and Biscoff banana pudding at Fielding’s Local. Blade and Bow Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is returning to town for a spirited Rodeo Smoke Show at Truth BBQ on Saturday, February 28 at 6 p.m. In partnership with Garden & Gun, the evening blends bourbon, barbecue and bona fide Southern hospitality, with festivities set across the sprawling indoor and outdoor spaces at Truth BBQ. Expect live music from the Ransom Brothers and Steel Grassy, signature Blade and Bow cocktails, plus a curated makers market spotlighting premier Western and Texas artisans, including Christina Greene Jewelry, Colores Collective, Cowboy House, Modern Marla, and more. In the kitchen, Truth’s pitmaster Leonard Botello IV is joined by an all-star lineup—Ryan LaChaine (State of Grace), Bobby Matos (La Lucha), and Seth Siegel-Gardner (Local Foods and Milton’s)—to serve up Lone Star-inspired dishes throughout the evening, from smoked meats and inventive sides to indulgent desserts. The Finn

On Friday, March 13, High West Distillery is teaming up with the Finn for the High West Presents: Sha-Boozey Rodeo Ride with Mr. McKinney, a high-energy, open-air bus experience that travels through Downtown before dropping guests off at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.
