Monday – Saturday 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM, 9:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Indulge in the epitome of hotel lounges at Apple Blossom, nestled within the elegant Hyatt Centric. As a quintessential lounge and restaurant, it promises a sensory journey of visual delight and culinary satisfaction. I stumbled upon this spot during a scorching day; Apple Blossom’s Happy Hour beckoned with its relaxed ambiance and proximity to my friend. With my parched throat instantly quenched by a refreshing glass of water, the mixologist skillfully crafted my Porch Pounder Punch. One sip was all it took for me to eagerly pass it to my friend, insisting they experience the blissfully concocted, revitalizing elixir.

During Happy Hour, Apple Blossom’s cocktails are a steal at $8, while house wines grace the menu at $7. Beer aficionados can relish $2 off draft beers or opt for local favorites like Coors Light or Blue Moon, priced at just $5. As impeccable as the libations were, the menu mirrored the same commitment to excellence, evident in every delectable bite. We indulged in the divine East Coast Oysters accompanied by a gooseberry mignonette and a couple of sliders: the tantalizing Spam Banh Mi and the mouthwatering AB Burger Slider. The quality of ingredients shone through in each meticulously crafted “Snack,” leaving an indelible impression.

The best part? Each culinary delight was priced under $10, making it an irresistible choice for the discerning diner. So, take a seat, relish in the inviting ambiance, and allow yourself to be captivated by the freshness and flavors of Apple Blossom.
