As America marks its 250th birthday, Valley restaurants are giving diners plenty of ways to raise a glass, share a table, and make the milestone feel delicious. From patriotic specials and festive drinks to big-night-out dinners, happy hours, tasting menus, and celebratory bites, cheers to our country’s birthday, one meal at a time.

With the All Night, All Summer Happy Hour, Roaring Fork Scottsdale is giving diners an reason to raise a glass this season. Beginning daily at 4 p.m., guests can enjoy happy hour pricing every night in the bar and Saloon.

The Italiano by chef Joey Maggiore is serving a Summer in Amalfi dining experience on Mondays and Tuesdays for a limited time. The four-course menu runs $39 per person, and starts with Zucchini Napolitano or Mozzarella in Carozza. Next diners can try the Pasta Alla Nerano and entrees such as Shrimp Fra Diavolo or Filet Mignon Pinwheels. Sexy Roman at W Scottsdale is turning America’s milestone year into an excuse for an Italian-style celebration. Its Summer in Rome four-course, family-style menu is available daily during dinner service throughout the summer at just $70 per guest.

Dirtbag’s is made for the kind of no-fuss celebration that starts with cold drinks and ends with something fried on the table. Begin the meal with Oysters and Mini Toro Tartare, followed by sashimi selections such as Yellowtail Jalapeño and Whitefish Tiradito.

The Phoenician’s Summer Social gives America’s birthday month a resort-style toast. Throughout July, the Scottsdale resort is offering chilled cocktails, seasonal bites, wine deals, and happy hour-style specials at J&G Steakhouse and The Phoenician Tavern. 

J&G features $2 freshly shucked oysters, Truffle Fries, Shrimp Cocktail, $12 wines by the glass, a Saturday champagne cart, and Sunday half-price bottles of wine. Horse & Hyde brings a little Western swagger to America’s birthday table with smoked, saucy, and shareable saloon-style food and plenty of cocktails. Elvira’s DC Ranch is giving the milestone moment a polished Scottsdale setting, with a limited-time, three-course summer menu available for $50. The choices include the Chile-Lime Snapper, Pork Belly, and Hamachi Aguachile with cucumber, lime, and avocado. Mastro’s is bringing back its Summer of Luxury menu, a three-course experience made for diners who want to mark America’s 250th with a proper night out. Available Mondays through Thursdays, the menu is $100 per person at Mastro’s City Hall, Mastro’s Ocean Club, and Mastro’s Steakhouse. 

Start with dishes such as the Mixed Green Salad, Nueske’s Maple Glazed Bacon Steak, French Onion Soup, and Shrimp Cocktail. The mood is stylish, loud in the right way, and built for people who want happy hour to feel like the start of a night out.
