A Pizza Place Menu Makeover

For over 40 years Anthony’s Pizza & Pasta has served up New York-style pies all over Denver. But now, with 17 restaurants and franchises, it finally did a major update on the menu. Not only does this move bring consistent pricing and items across the business, but at some locations prices actually lowered. The reason for the change, said a spokesperson, was to increase value and simplify the guest experience.
Dumplings for Dogs

You may have noticed the growth of Nana’s Dim Sum, which now boasts eight locations from Colorado Springs to the newest in Longmont. What makes the last opening stand out is how the group donated the opening-day proceeds to the Longmont Humane Society.
Denver to New York, a New Chapter Begins

After five years, The Greenwich, in Denver’s RiNo neighborhood, announced a change in ownership. Beginning January 1, founder Delores Tronco will pass the reins to Drew Davis, a longtime New Yorker and recent Denver transplant with over a decade of restaurant experience. Tronco, in turn, plans to return to New York City.
“I came to Denver in 2020 with a heavy heart, still mourning the loss of my New York restaurant and the dreams I had for my life there,” said Tronco, in a press statement. “From that grief, The Greenwich was my way of trying again, a love letter to New York City and a home for the Denver community. Five years later, I’m ready to return to the city that has always held my heart.”
She added she remains grateful for her team and executive chef Luke Miller. Davis bring experience in both front and back of house, including roles at Momofuku, The Alinea Group, and BL Gruppo.
