Boulder’s decades-old college bar The Dark Horse will move from its current location at 2922 Baseline Road early next year. The change comes after the Boulder City Council approved the The Williams Village II redevelopment plan, which includes a multi-building complex with commercial space and over 400 residential units. Just keep in mind, the new rate doesn’t apply to garage parking. There are also some metered parking spaces around the Tivoli area, though not a lot.
