Two Fall Cocktails To Make Right Now

Stay warm at home while bringing the taste of a local bar to you with these two fall cocktails. We have a rich Pumpkin Spice Espresso Martini to indulge in, as well as the Autumn Apple Margarita. It’s festive, it’s flavorful, and it has that jolt of caffeine to help get you through these long, dark nights. Thanks to Avanti Food & Beverage in Denver, you now have the recipe.

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 ounce Dobel Reposado Tequila
  • .75 ounce Pumpkin syrup*
  • .5 ounce Cold brew
  • .75 ounce Mr. Black Coffee Liqueur
  • .25 ounce Vanilla syrup
  • 3 Coffee beans (optional)

*Make your own pumpkin syrup with this recipe, or buy it online

Instructions

  1. Fill the shaker with ice.
  2. Add all ingredients to the shaker and shake it like you hate it.
  3. Strain into a coupe, martini, or Nick and Nora glass.
  4. Serve with three coffee beans on top for luck (optional).

Rio on Wazee’s Autumn Apple Margarita

A sip of this tequila-filled drink proves both refreshing and fall-like. It’s perfect for happy hour or when you want to relax with a seasonal tipple. Thanks to Rio on Wazee, you can make it at home.

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 2 ounces Anejo tequila
  • 2 ounces Fresh apple puree
  • 1 ounce Simple syrup
  • .75 ounce Fresh lemon juice
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Garnished with a dehydrated apple slice**

**Garnished with a dehydrated apple slice**You can find these in the store or dry out your own slices in the air fryer or oven.

Instructions:

  1. Fill the shaker with ice.
  2. Add all ingredients to the shaker and shake.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Or, serve up and pour into a martini glass or coupe. 
  4. Garnish with apple slice.
