Last summer, Houstonians showed up in herds for one of the city’s most talked-about happy hour deals. Now, it’s making a comeback—and this time, it’s bigger.
Fielding’s Culinary Group has announced the return of its popular 25-cent martini promotion, expanding the fan-favorite special to all Fielding’s locations every Friday throughout the summer. Available from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., guests can enjoy handcrafted Tito’s Vodka or Juniper Gin martinis for just 25 cents while dining at any participating restaurant.
Originally launched as a limited-time promotion at a single location, the special quickly developed a loyal following, with guests requesting its return long after it ended.
“Guests have been asking us to bring back the 25-cent martinis ever since the promotion ended,” CEO Cary Attar said in a statement. “We listened—and decided not only to bring it back, but to make it available throughout the summer at every Fielding’s location. It’s our way of saying thank you while giving everyone another reason to gather with friends, enjoy incredible food and celebrate the season.”
All three Fielding’s concepts offer their own take on elevated American dining. Guests can pair the bargain martinis with prime steaks and an extensive wine list at Fielding’s River Oaks, chef-driven comfort food and craft cocktails at Fielding’s Local Kitchen + Bar in the Woodlands, or wood-fired dishes and an expansive whiskey program at Fielding’s Wood Grill in Shenandoah.
While the price may be nostalgic, the cocktails themselves are not. Each martini is prepared to order using premium spirits and fresh ingredients, offering the same quality the restaurant group has built its reputation on.
The 25-Cent Martini Summer Celebration is available for a limited time on Fridays from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Fielding’s River Oaks (3750 Westheimer Rd., Houston), Fielding’s Local Kitchen + Bar (26400 Kuykendahl Rd., The Woodlands), and Fielding’s Wood Grill (1699 Research Forest Dr., Shenandoah). Reservations are recommended, as the popular promotion is expected to draw crowds once again.
